She has led global people strategy at companies including Nokia, GlobalLogic, VMware, and Yahoo. After decades inside the system, Amy came to a bold realization: HR is broken. Her work now helps organizations rethink how they lead, build trust, and create workplaces where people thrive. A recognized force in HR transformation, she’s driving change at the intersection of strategy, empathy, and innovation. She’s also shaping the future through HR technology and executive coaching. Amy is advancing her expertise through an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Harvard. She lives in Santa Cruz with her husband, daughter, and three dogs—and quilts, stitching beauty from complexity.

Neeru Mehta

Neeru Mehta is a seasoned HR leader with over two decades of experience driving people strategy at organizations like Siemens, HCL, Birlasoft, GlobalLogic, and Yellow.ai. She has led complex M&A integrations, large-scale transformations, and global HR centers of excellence across IT, SaaS, product engineering, and BFS sectors. Her leadership spans multinational, private equity, and venture-backed firms, with regional expertise across APAC, EMEA, North America, and LATAM. Neeru works closely with board and executive teams to align HR with business outcomes and long-term growth. She holds a master’s in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and is a certified leadership and transition coach. A nature lover and former national-level hockey player, Neeru brings energy and focus to everything she does.
